Today is Max's 1st Birthday! Where does the time go? I remember August 20th, 2007 as clearly as if it were yesterday. It was the day the most perfect 7lb, 9oz, 20.5 inch baby boy entered our lives and changed it forever. This has been a wonderful year for Jeff and me. Max is a true blessing from God and we thank Him every day for putting such a sweet, fun, happy baby into our care. It is so amazing how he has changed in one short year. He has gone from a little, sleeps-all-the-time newborn to an active, giggly, goofy, curious, sweet-natured little boy. We love him more than we can say and we are excited to see what the next year holds as parents of a One-Year-Old!! I am posting pictures from last August 20th that, if you are like me, will probably make you a little teary when you look at them. Thanks to all of you for your love, prayers and support this past year. We love all of you! Happy Birthday, Maxwell!!

I can't believe it's been a year already! He was adorable then and he's adorable now. I am so thankful for the blessing that Max has been in all of our lives this past year and I'm so proud of the type of parents that Leslie and Jeff became so quickly. Y'all are doing an awesome job! (And I'm a pretty great aunt ; ) )
Wow! I AM teary eyed. Ashley's words really say it all. We are all so blessed to have Max in our lives and he was blessed the day he was born into such a wonderful, loving Christian family!!! Thank you Jeff and Leslie.
