Max and I met some friends and my mom at the park yesterday. Can you tell by the red cheeks and wet hair that it was VERY hot??!! We didn't let the 90+ degrees stop us, though! Max played on the playground and never slowed down until we made him take this picture with Wyatt and Aubrey! Aren't they such cute little sweaty things? When the adults could no longer take the heat, we enjoyed a picnic lunch under the wonderfully shaded pavillion. After all the sweaty fun, Max got to enjoy a bath before naptime. The park, playing outside with friends, Grams, GiGi AND a bath? Basically, Max's perfect day! Well, let me take that back - next time Aunt Ashey will have to join us too, and then Max will think it was perfect. : ) It was a fun day and I am sure we will be hitting the playground A LOT this summer!

Yeah, boy, I'm with you on the heat thing! Yesterday it got up to about 73. If it weren't for the ocean breeze to cool it down- well, I don't even want to think about it. We will get our heat but it hasn't happened yet. Ya'll be good. Love ya!
Three CUTIES indeed!!! Max's red cheeks and sweaty hair reminds me of his mama whenever we went outside. However, she was ready to go inside long before it got this hot!!! In fact, ony Max could keep Leslie outside in this heat even now!
