Max LOVES to lay on his back and kick his feet. He pumps his legs so fast and waves his little arms right along with them. In the mornings, he lays in his PJ's on the middle of our bed and just kicks, kicks, kicks while I do my makeup and dry my hair. He also stays entertained by the world's best baby toy - the ceiling fan!! Don't get me wrong, though, I still race through my morning routine. Though he may be happy for a while, that can change at any moment. Contrary to his grandparents' beliefs, Max can pitch a tantrum with the best of 'em!!

I am loving this one with the tongue action! What's he telling us? Future NBA player dunking? Future gourmet chef giving Wolfgang Puck a run for his money? Or major schemer and prankster proud of a job well done? I'm sure it has nothing to do with that subtle message saying to Mommy, "Get Ready! Here I come!"

TOO CUTE!!! First of all let me say that I love that Max had a "Fall Photo Shoot". (America's Next Top Model here we come.) And I hate to correct you but he's not kicking, he's trying to run. The kid is getting ready for his 1st marathon. What little boy doesn't want to be like his daddy? Regardless, you two do good work. He's adorable.
