Aloha!

Aloha! We made it! 14 hours, 3 airplanes, and 4 airports after leaving our house, we FINALLY arrived in paradise. And it is just as beautiful as when we left here the last time. Traveling with a one year old was not without it's stresses ( I couldn't sleep for 2 nights prior to leaving due to all the scenarios of how it would go racing through my head!), but Max surprised me. Even though he only slept for 2 of the 14 hours (can you believe it??), he actually was a good traveler. Of course, he had a few meltdowns every so often, but I can't say that I didn't feel like having a few myself!! He loved sitting with Grams and Pops, looking out the window, being entertained by Ash and Ricky and playing with the seat trays in front of him. Hawaii is 5 hours behind us and we all seem to have made it without much jet lag. The one plus about Max not sleeping at all on the trip is that he slept from about 5pm Hawaii-time until the next morning, so he has pretty much been back on his normal schedule without much problem. I am posting some cute travel pics below. I will post first day pics soon! Aloha!
