Our nephew, Jackman, had his surgery to attach his esophogus on Monday. We are so thankful to God, because the surgery was successful! His esophogus now connects to his stomach and he is on the road to recovery. He will be completely sedated for a while longer and he still has many things to accomplish before being released to go home, such as learning to eat, but we are just so happy that he has passed the biggest hurdle. Thank you for your prayers and please continue to pray for Jackman as he heals from surgery, is weaned off pain medicine and learns to eat.
